- This individual would be responsible for the daily performance of the duties associated with the Lab Assistant position, as well as the stewardship of ground-level processes.

- Led the development of manual processing instructions for research endeavors, conducted clinical protocol evaluations, provided technical guidance to the Eurofins Project Management team, and provided sponsorship as needed.
- Conduct priming research by leveraging data management and information technology.
- In conjunction with management, establish standard operating procedures (SOPs), method validations, workflow processes, data review, reporting templates, and quality control processes.
- While conducting competency evaluations of laboratory assistants, guide their peers.
- Please assist the manager in ensuring that all quality control (QC) data is satisfactory and that the laboratory assistants are adhering to the established QC protocols.
